El Chupacabra has made his return! Open for plots for a legend returned. Whether that be sneaking around his new-old workplace, checking out the city, or learning all that is new to him!
In specific seeking to play out the mystery of his backstory as well as how he goes about returning to normalcy. Timeline is 1989-1993 for College; and 1993-1995 for work.

Chloe Riviere ; One of the humans kidnapped by the monsters. A young french girl with a strong imagination and an appreciation for scares over comedy, though definitely not the very real danger she is in now.
Karasu: A writer with a varied portfolio, once scaring monster adults and children with the written word, is turning his talents toward genuine fear, using some of those same techniques he employed in his fiction. He intends to give you a reason to fear the dark. Especially looking for scenes with other villains, and scenes that establish him as one. As of yet his crimes are not exposed, so casual encounters are possible!
